I have just been released from jail and did not excercise on day 4 or 5!!
I have no excuse at all because I let life get in the way on day 4. This crazy psychotic person, to whom I feel obligated to address as my step mother, pissed me off so badly that I chose to leave my home and not excercise. I know that it was the wrong thing to do but such is life.
I however, ATE SO GREAT and did not drown my sorrows in a glass of wine....

Ever heard of Power 90 or P90X? Well thats what this blog is about it...well sort of!
We are two great friends who've been there for each other through our ups and downs...and right now we are havings ups...with our weight... and downs...with our eating habits and overall fitness....so we here to kick each other in the a*$ and hold each other accountable to getting in control of ourselves, our eating habits and our weight.
As even more of a reminder and motivational factor, we are also vowing to blog daily about workouts, eating, mental stability, hopefully physical changes (for the positive) etc...for the entire 90 days. So thats our story, we welcome anyone to share your wisdom, reflections or utter frustration with trying to get and stay in shape!
